Breakout rooms are little subdivisions of Zoom sessions that the host can create to allow individuals to meet in smaller groups.
You can assign people to breakout rooms automatically and reassign, or assign manually.
When the host selects "Open All Rooms" each individual receives a message to join the room assigned.
Each participant clicks on the link to join the breakout session.
The host can choose to drop-in to any of the breakout sessions
The host can send a message to the all the breakout rooms at once
When the host ends the meeting, participants receive a 60 second countdown.
