Self-Service Password Reset enrollment enables you to reset your Cal Lutheran password anywhere, anytime, without needing to contact the Help Desk.
Self-Service Password Reset will use your mobile phone number or alternate (non-Cal Lutheran) email address to change your password. When you attempt to change your password, you will either receive a text message or email based on your selection with a One Time Passcode (OTP).
