Introducing ITS

November 19, 2015

Information Systems and Services (ISS) at Cal Lutheran is changing to Information Technology Services (ITS). The change is part of recent organizational realignment of the IT area as a campus-wide resource. The most immediate and obvious change is ITS’ main online presence, the new ITS web site which is now operational. The new streamlined web site is easier to navigate and access resources, reducing the time it takes to find the resources and answers you need.

An new feature within the ISS website is the addition of a searchable knowledgebase, assisting you in looking up articles on topics that have already been answered. The knowledgebase will grow richer with content as new services are rolled-out or existing ones fixed. The ITS website marks the beginning of changes to campus technology services to a more agile and responsive department, focused on providing the campus community with socially responsible innovative technology solutions. In the coming months we look forward to the rollout of a campus mobile app, our first major mobile presence, which similar to the myCLU portal will contain attractive features and access to online tools of particular interest to our student population. sunset reminder:
