Dear Cal Lutheran faculty and staff,
Earlier this month the new version of MyCLU was introduced to the campus community for a period of feedback (please click on the email attachment if you missed the announcement). On Friday, August 26th the new MyCLU will become the default version for all employees and students. A link to the previous version of MyCLU will remain available through the end of the Fall semester.
A big thank you for the nearly fifty people who responded with feedback during the last few weeks. As a direct result of your suggestions and requests, we have made a number of changes to address the issues and provide new features. These include;
- The home screen can now be customized, allowing you the user to rearrange and collapse modules within a column based on your preference.
- Faculty can now manage their profile via the “My Profile” tab.
- Google Apps including Google Drive with unlimited storage are now available to all faculty and staff. More on the benefits of Google Apps for collaboration between faculty, staff and students in upcoming Techbytes.
We hope that you will find the new MyCLU useful in your day to day work at Cal Lutheran.
